Reports

The AccuBuild program currently contains a few reporting options:  

•Traditional - These reports are written using Seagate's Crystal Reports but are no longer updated by AccuBuild.  These reports are still accessible through the individual modules (ie. Payroll > Payroll Reports menu option) but cannot be customized and are no longer updated should errors or issues be found in the reporting.  Almost all of these reports have been re-created using ReportBuilder Pro and are accessible through the Reports module.  The traditional reports will eventually be removed from the system in a future update.  

•My AccuBuild Reports (MAR) - MAR is the Reports module that you see at the top of your AccuBuild screen and this module should be used as your primary access to all reports and forms.    Most of these reports have been created using ReportBuilder Pro which is a component included in your AccuBuild program.   Reports that have not been converted from the traditional format (Crystal Reports) are accessible from this menu as well.  The MAR reports allow the end user to create new reports or modify copies of existing reports and forms.  

•Aatrix Software - AccuBuild has partnered with Aatrix Software to provide users the best payroll tax form solutions, providing both Federal and State Electronic Payroll Reports and eFiling options.  Aatrix is also used to produce 1099s.

AccuBuild also contains a built-in custom report generator called Report Builder Pro which is located on the File Menu.  This is option can be used for queries or sorting of data and for creating simple custom reports.
