Documents Tab

This tab shows all documents in the AccuBuild Document Management System (ADMS) that have been linked to the employee.  Documents including Outlook emails or email attachments, can be scanned, imported or 'dragged and dropped' onto this screen.  These documents are a copy of the original source document and are stored within the ADMS based on the Volume ID setting in the Documents system.  Only the ADMS copy of the document is opened and edited within AccuBuild leaving the original source document untouched.  Please refer to the ADMS documentation for a complete explanation of the buttons contained on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

 

Note:  The Documents Tab on the Employee List can be secured to prevent access to employee documents by unauthorized persons.  Secure this tab using the User Maintenance or User Groups options in the System Administrator Menu.
