ADMS Overview

The AccuBuild Document Management System (ADMS) is fully integrated into the AccuBuild Construction Software and provides electronic storage and sharing of paperwork and documentation.  

 

Contractors that use ADMS can scan paper documents to create digital files or store existing files - such as word processing documents, spreadsheets, PDF files and job site photos.  Features such as batch scanning, drag-and-drop file attaching and various shortcut keys speed data entry and simplify use.  User and group-based security provides complete control over who can access documents and make changes to files.  

 

ADMS decreases the need for large, paper-based job binders and cuts storage expenses.  

 

Note:  AccuBuild creates a copy of the original document for use within AccuBuild and will not change the original source document.  All future references to the document from AccuBuild will be based on the AccuBuild copy of the document and not the original document.
