Reports are available under two menu options:  

 

Job Cost Module > Job Cost Reports (Traditional Version)

Reports Module > Job Cost Reports (MAR Version)

 

The Reports Module (My AccuBuild Reports) does include the traditional reports if they have not yet been converted with the new built-in report writer.  All new reports designed by AccuBuild will be added to MAR only.  The new report writer allows for more flexibility in report writing including drill-down features, future year reporting and end user customization.      

 

Future Period Reports

Please note that if you choose to print the reports through the Job Cost Module rather than the Reports Module, then some of the reports can only be printed in the current fiscal year.  If you have not closed your fiscal year but need job cost reports with a cutoff date in the next fiscal year, then print the report from the Reports module.  Reports that may be printed for a future period are listed separately.

 

Partial Run Features

A variety of partial run options are available, such as date ranges and job filters,  depending on the individual report. Click the box on the left side of each record to select the items that will appear on the report.  

 

Ignore Job Linking

This option is used to disable the job link feature for all  Job Cost Reports that utilize the roll up feature to summarize job totals together as a single job when the Contract Status Job Number (located on the Job Cost > Update Jobs > Contract Status Tab) is linked to another job. This is very useful when you need to view each linked job individually when they have been combined.

 

New Page for Each Job  (Traditional Only)

If more than one job is selected for the report, then each job may be printed on a separate page if this option is enabled.

 

Partial Phase Range  (Traditional Only)

A partial list may also be generated for selected phases only. When the Partial Phase Range option is enabled, a phase may be entered in the From and To fields. These fields represent the starting and ending phase range to be included on the report. For example, by entering 10.00 in the From field and 10.99 in the To field, the report will select all phases between the two parameters. To select only one phase for the report, enter the same phase number in both the From and To fields.
