The reports printed under the Job Cost > Reports > Job Detail Items option represent the items in the job estimate detail file (estdetl.adt) and may be printed in five different formats:

 

Item List Report - Prints all items

 

Cost Estimate Items Report - Prints items that contain a non-zero job cost phase.

 

Contract Billing Items Report - Prints items that contain a non-zero billing phase.

 

Subcontract Payment Sheet Items Report - Prints items that contain a link to a subcontractor or vendor.

 

Change Order Analysis Report - Categorizes all items by original contract amounts, approved change order amounts, and pending change order amounts.  A subtotal for each category is given for each billing phase.  The estimated profit for each job and phase is also calculated.
