Phase List

The List of Job Phases is a simple report of phases set up in the Phase Master option. This report includes the phase number, phase description, the phase type and the associated general ledger expense account for 'job cost' type phases.  This report will print in phase number order unless the alphabetical option is selected.

 

This report may be printed for selected phase types. Select the Job Cost option to print a list of cost estimate and expense phases. Select the Billing option to print a list of phases that billing amounts may be assigned to or select Both to print a list of all phases.
