The Job Cost / General Ledger Comparison Report is used to summarize all of the costs in the job cost system by their associated general ledger account number. This report can be used as an aid in reconciling the year-to-date costs in the Job Cost system to the direct cost accounts in the Ledger system.

 

This report can be generated in either general ledger account order or in job order.

 

G/L Account Order

 

 Job, Phase & Account Totals

 Prints the total of each phase by job for each account.        

         

 Job & Account Totals

 Prints the total of each job for each account.        

         

 Account Totals Only

 Prints the total of each account.        

 

Job Order

 

 Account, Job & Phase Totals

 Prints the total of each phase by account for each job.        

         

 Account & Job Totals

 Prints the total of each account for each job.
