The Document List is the master list of all documents that exist in the AccuBuild Document Management System. The grid will display the document number, description, date and time the document was created, along with the any associated links to master lists or transactions. The view of this grid can be customized to show the columns in any order and each column can be filtered by clicking on the drop down option on the column description.
The functions available in the document list are displayed in a pop-up menu which is accessed by using the right-click of the mouse button. The buttons at the bottom represent some of these same options.
