ACCUBUILD MOBILE

NEW FEATURE AccuBuild Mobile / Time Card Worksheet Screen – A new setting has been added to the AccuBuild Mobile Configuration Screen for controlling how to delete time card records that are attached to Daily Reports. Previously, the system would not delete a timecard entry that was linked to a Daily Report but would simply mark the entry as "Processed", and then you would have to delete the entry from the actual Daily Report if you wanted the entry removed and eliminated from any future timecard recall operations. You now have the option to have the timecards removed from the Daily Report automatically.

On the AccuBuild Settings Tab of the AccuBuild Mobile Settings Screen, there is a new option titled "Daily Report Time Card Deletion Setting" that allows you to set the Deletion behavior as follows:

Do NOT delete Timecards (mark as processed) – This is the default behavior and would require the timecard record to be deleted from the Daily Report to be removed completely from the system.

Always delete ALL timecard entries – This option will automatically remove the timecard entries from the Daily Report.

Prompt user for delete confirmation – This option will prompt the user for confirmation on the deletion process each time a timecard entry is deleted.

ENHANCEMENT - Company Logo Check – New code was added to test and trap invalid JPG files when setting up company logos in AccuBuild.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

CORRECTION - A memory leak was found and corrected in the new Invoice Routing and Approval process which was causing an "Out of Memory" error on machines where the notification setting was set for "No Delay". The only work around was to close and reopen the AccuBuild Program. This problem has been corrected in this release.

CORRECTION - Windows Security – The configuration file for My AccuBuild Reports (RBuilder.ini) was being written to the Windows Folder on each user's workstation (client side) which was causing security access problems with newer versions of  Windows. All of the MAR Routines that access this file have been updated to store the file settings in the User's Application Data Folder (%APPDATA%) where all of the other setting files are maintained for the AccuBuild Program.
