ADMS

CORRECTION - The AccuBuild Document Management System was not creating folders for Stock Requests in the Orders Module.  This problem has been corrected.

MAR

ENHANCEMENT - The Report Viewing Screen in My AccuBuild Reports (MAR) has a new export option for exporting to Comma Separated Value (CSV) Text files.  (Note:  There is a conflict with exporting reports to Excel when using Windows 7.   The CSV export can be used as an alternative format.

ENHANCEMENT - The Contract Agreement (Class 391) under Project Management Forms has been enhanced to include a new data-pipe called PMSUBPMTSHEETCONTRACTITEMS which is list of detail item records related to a subcontractor payment sheet.  If a category in Project Management System is linked to a subcontractor payment sheet, then the associated payment sheet detail items will now be available for use in the Contract Agreement Form.  This will be useful for contracts that have several line item breakdowns allowing the breakdown amounts to be included in the contract agreement.

ENHANCEMENT - The Auto Search Lookup Feature for MAR Reports has now been expanded to work with MAR Library Reports.  Prior to this release, this feature only worked on custom reports that were based on the Company Tables.  This feature now works for User Tables and handles all library forms and reports as well as any custom versions of these forms and reports.

The Auto Search Feature in MAR allows you to add additional partial run filters on existing reports and forms.  For example, if you have a report that is running by job order and you want to filter the report for specific vendors, the Auto Search feature can be used to display a list of vendors to choose from.  Without the Auto Search feature, you would have to know the vendor number and then type it in.  Please read the MAR documentation for a complete list of fields that can be used with the Auto Search feature.

PAYROLL

CORRECTION - The Payroll Check Register and Burden Report which was revised for the 2010 HIRE Act, was not showing payroll tax amounts for payrolls that were posted prior to the install of the 8.5 Software Release (2010 Update CD).  This report (Prrep15b.rpt) has been corrected in this update.

TAX TABLE UPDATE - Arizona has changed their tax calculations and withholding percentages which are effective on July 1, 2010.  The new percentages are based on gross wages and no longer based on the federal withholding tax amount. The Employee List in AccuBuild has been updated with the new percentages and each employee will need to be updated with the new percentages. If payroll is processed before the employees are updated, AccuBuild will display a message showing the employee's current percentage rate, and the new rate that was used for the Arizona tax amount.  These messages will continue to display for each payroll run until the employee records are updated.

RECEIVABLES

NEW FEATURE - A new feature has been added for voiding cash receipt entries and will handle all four types of receipt reversals including direct payments receipts, back-charge receipts, joint-check receipts, and non-invoiced receipts.

This latest enhancement, which was discussed at the 2009 User Conference, will now make the job of reversing a cash receipt a very simple process.  In addition to reversing receipt entries, this routine will also automatically reinstate any related receivable invoices and/or payable invoices that were previously paid in full.
