MY ACCUBUILD REPORTS

•ENHANCEMENT - The Residential Contract Billing Formats have been converted to MAR and are now available for end user modifications.  The new billing formats include the following:

•JCBill7.191  Residential Lot Billing

•JCBill5.181  Residential Billing - Current Amounts Only

•JCBill5a.181  Residential Billing

•ENHANCEMENT - The PO Forms now have access to a new table called POJobDetailItems which can be used to create PO Forms that link back to job detail items that contain the "Bill of Material / Buyout Item" links to include any of the detail item fields on the PO Form when required. Note: The new Buyout Items feature was released with the 8500 RED. Please refer to the release notes for the 8500 RED Update for more information on this new feature.

•CORRECTION - The original version of the MAR Certified Payroll Report was filtering for where the union code was NOT zero which caused some of the NO PAYROLL THIS PERIOD Reports to be blank.  There are now two formats for the MAR Certified to correct this issue (Format 1 (No Union Filtering) & Format 2 (Filtering for Union Codes <> 0)

PAYROLL

•ENHANCEMENT - Payroll tax information for the state of Wyoming has been added to the system.  Although there is no state withholding tax for Wyoming, state unemployment is still applicable. Perform the Payroll Integrity Tests > All Test option to enable this new state for your company.

•CORRECTION - The 'Recover Posted Batch' process for recovering posted batches of payroll had a bug when batches were being recovered that were not compatible with the Version 8.5 payroll batch file layout.  This problem has been corrected and older batches prior to Version 8.5 of AccuBuild can now be recovered without any problems.
