The reports are listed in a tree structure view and are grouped by Reports and Forms with a third group titled Trash Can for the reports that have been deleted by the user.
A series of buttons at the bottom of the screen are used for managing and viewing the reports and forms and these buttons can be secured under the user or group security settings. Right-click on the screen to display these function in a pop-up menu format.
