Remove a User Dashboard

To remove a dashboard from a user:

 

1.Log in with the user’s name

2.Go to Reports > Job Cost (or any report group to which the user has access)

3.Right-click on the report menu and choose ‘Clear Dashboard Report Setting’ from the pop-up menu. 

4.The system will immediately display that the ‘User Dashboard Settings’ have been cleared; click OK and close the report menu. 

5.Click the Dashboard button to refresh the view; click ‘Yes’ to refresh.  Due to the fact that the user dashboard setting has been cleared, the report dialog box will no longer pop up on the screen and the Dashboard screen will be empty. 

6.A new dashboard may be assigned to the user at any time through the File > System Administrator > Manage User Dashboards option.  Note:  The System Administrator menu option is typically only available to users with a ‘10’ security level.
