Dashboard Data Pipes

Report Class 533, Contract Status Spreadsheet Report, has been enhanced to include a variety of data pipes that give summarized totals and percentage fields which can be used for new dashboard charting as well as custom report design.  You may manually add these data pipes to the copy of the report; there is no need to link these data pipes to any other data pipe in the report.  Remember, the dashboard report can be shared by multiple users so you will only need to update the report once with one or more of the dashboard data pipes.

Contract Status Totals Fields:

•"total percent complete" – total cost basis percent complete for all projects

•"total billing percent complete" – total percent complete based on contract billings for all projects

•"total profit percent" – total profit percentage based on all projects
