Printing a Billing Worksheet

Top  Previous  Next

The Print Contract Billing Worksheets option prints a report that is used as an aid in reviewing all billing items on a job, including pending change orders. This worksheet shows the existing billing status for each item.  Any item that has not been billed 100% will display a line next to it so that the project manager can fill in the appropriate percentage or amount completed-to-date. This worksheet may be then referred to when generating the contract billing

There are four billing worksheet formats available depending on the type of billing format that has been assigned to the job. The AIA, Standard, and Unit Billings formats are very similar with the exception that the AIA format contains columns for the amount of materials stored on the job, and the Unit Billings format contains columns for total contract units, unit prices and units billed. All three formats list each billing item in order of the billing phase. This report also includes the item description, contract amount, and the percentage of completion, the amount complete and retention withheld based on the last billing.  The Residential Lots billing worksheet format can only be used when the billing format is set to Res Lot Totals option.

Note: The Unit Billings format must be printed on legal size (8-1/2" x 14") paper. In order to print to legal size paper. Select the printer Setup button to change the paper size.

The report may be printed for all jobs at once or on a job by job basis. When the Partial Job Listing option is enabled, a listing of all jobs in the system will be displayed. Select the box on the left side of each job number to select the job(s) that will appear on the report. The selection flag may be removed by selecting the box once more. Select OK to record your selections and to return to the report options screen.  If more than one job is selected for the report, then each job may be printed on a separate page if the option is enabled.
