The original ADMS forms were designed with an older version of ReportBuilder Pro that was less robust. As of Version 9.0.0.3, new default forms have been created through the Reports module in order to bring the ADMS forms up to date with the rest of the system. This conversion will allow the user to make changes to the copies of the new forms as needed without requiring programming changes. In doing so, the custom forms that were created using the legacy forms need to be recreated in the new MAR format.
| 1. | Create a copy of the new MAR form through the Reports > All Reports > ADMS Forms option. |
| 2. | Rename the form at the top of the screen as desired; click the lightning bolt to refresh. |
| 3. | Highlight the new form and select Modify. |
| 4. | The Design Tab will show you the current form design. Leave this screen open. |
| 5. | Open a second copy of the AccuBuild program on your desktop using another user name that has access to the ADMS Forms. |
| 6. | Go to Clients > ADMS Forms; select the form. |
| 7. | Go to Edit > Legacy Forms > Custom Form. |
| 9. | Browse to the desired file and open the file. The Design Tab will display the custom form design. |
| 10. | Select and copy (Edit > Copy or Ctrl+C) the text fields/boxes from the custom form and paste (Edit > Paste or Ctrl+V) the data into the MAR form. Do not copy the actual data fields from the legacy form to the MAR format. These fields have changed in MAR and the original fields are not compatible with the new format. |
| 11. | Save and close the MAR form. |
