•AccuBuild University - Access training videos on our website. Contact AccuBuild's sales staff to purchase access to this site.
•Email Support - Send an email to the AccuBuild Support Team (steam@accubuild.com).
•Go To Meeting and Go to Assist - An AccuBuild Support specialist will provide you with the access code to an online meeting when remote access to your computer is necessary for one-on-one training or support.
•Zoom Meeting - The Support Menu in the AccuBuild Program has a new menu option for Zoom Meeting . This is a new meeting software application that is being used by the AccuBuild Support Team. This new link will allow you to launch the Zoom Meeting software and enter a meeting ID which is supplied by your AccuBuild Support Technician.
•IT Admin Support Notes - Access this online knowledge database for notes on software installation and system performance issues.
