Use this button to display the form on the screen.  The form will be displayed based on the data entered and a warning will be displayed for any field(s) that are left blank.  In addition, the system will check the form to make sure that all key fields exist and have not been deleted during user-editing of the form.  

 

When the preview screen is closed, the form will be filed automatically into the ADMS module based on the client and job, if approved by the user.  You may modify how the document is filed by choosing the 'Tag and File Document in ADMS' option on the Preview Screen.

 

Prior to Version 9.0.0.3 - When the preview screen is closed, the form will be filed automatically into the ADMS module according to the index tags if approved by the user.  If the form is indexed manually from the ADMS Forms Viewer, then this step is skipped and the user is not prompted to file the document again.  If you DO NOT want your forms filed under ADMS, then set the Doc Type field to None under the ADMS Filing Options.

Button Bar for ADMS Viewing Screen – explained from left to right

 

Close Document Viewer - Closes the viewer screen.

 

Print Document - Sends the document to the selected printer.

 

Zoom In - Increases the size of the document on the screen.  Zoom size is saved as default.

 

Zoom Out - Decreases the size of the document on the screen.

 

Tag and File Document in ADMS - This option will use the current document index settings to file the document in the Document Management Module (DM).  Before filing, the Document Index Options screen will be displayed with the current index settings for the document.  Use the index screen to change any number of index fields and assign the document a description to be used as the document description in ADMS.  After the index screen is closed, the document is automatically converted to the current export format settings as indicated at the top of the screen, and file in ADMS.

 

E-Mail Document - This option will save the form in the selected export format and then display the e-mail screen and will attach the document to the e-mail for each e-mail recipient.  If the document has not been filed in DM, then it will be filed automatically and a record of the transaction will be created for each e-mail recipient. Note: It will depend on the user's email settings in AccuBuild whether the e-mail contacts list will be displayed from Outlook or from the E-mail Contact List that is maintained in the Clients Module.

 

Export Document - This option will convert the report or form to the selected export format including PDF, Word, Excel, HTML or Text.  The document will then be opened with the application that supports the exported format (if available) for viewing or editing.

 

Page Control Buttons - The page control buttons can be used to navigate through multiple pages of the document.
