ACCUBUILD MOBILE

•NEW REPORT - A new report (PMREP16.841 - List of Daily Report Mobile Pictures) has been added to the Project Management Reports list specifically for use for Mobile Reporting for users to see pictures on a particular daily report. IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to run this report for partial jobs if you have a lot of jobsite pictures in order to keep the report size manageable. (Embedded pictures in the report result in much larger report files which take longer to create and download to the mobile device).

JOB COST

•ENHANCEMENT - The Job List (Update Jobs) History Tab has been improved to test for ANY type of transactions that exist BEFORE allowing a cost phase to be deleted from a job. This process will now check for the following transactions to see if they exist for the phase code being deleted and if ANY transactions are found, the phase will NOT be deleted. This will help to insure that all transactions in the system have a matching cost phase. The transactions to be checked include:

oPayable Cost Transactions

oPaid Cost Transactions

oCost Estimate Detail Items

oCost to Complete Projection Transactions

oUnit Production Transactions

•ENHANCEMENT - The Job Cost Integrity Tests – All Tests option has been updated with a new test to check for any missing cost phases based on the above types of transactions and if a cost phase is missing, the cost phase will now be set back up on the job using the phase description from the Phase Master List if it exists. If the phase does not exist in the Phase Master List, then the phase description will be set to “** New Phase”.

•ENHANCEMENTS - Job Cost Report SQL Script

oThe Job Cost Capsheet and Committed Cost report datapipes have been updated for new cost phase formatting when using the CSI Cost Code 6+2 Digit Format for job cost phases. New fields representing variations of the cost phase are now available in order to enhance grouping and subtotaling. The following fields have been added to the data pipes on these reports based on the CSI Format (“12 34 56.78”):

▪MasterDivision – The first 2 digits of the phase code (12).

▪MasterLevel1 – The 3rd and 4th digits of the phase code (34).

▪MasterLevel2 – The 5th and 6th digits of the phase code (56).

▪MasterLevel3 – The decimal place digits of the phase code (78).

▪PhaseDivision – The first 2 digits of the phase code with trailing zeros (120000).

▪PhaseLevel1 – The first 4 digits of the phase code with trailing zeros (123400).

▪Phase Group – The first 6 digits of the phase code (123456).

▪MasterPhaseFormatted – This is a string field formatted with spaces between each level in case this layout is needed in a report or form (“12 34 56.78”).

oThe two phase master lists produced for MAR Reports: “PhaseMasterList” and “JobCostPhaseList” include the following additional phase fields:

▪DivisionDescription – phase description for the PhaseDivision phase code (120000) if it exists in the Phase List.

▪Level1Description - phase description for the PhaseLevel1 phase code (123400) if it exists in the Phase List.

▪PhaseParts – all digits of the phase code with leading zeros and two additional trailing zeros: (123456.7800)

▪PhaseDigit1 – 1st digit of the phase code (1).

▪PhaseDigit2 – 2nd digit of the phase code (2).

▪PhaseDigit3 – 3rd digit of the phase code (3).

▪PhaseDigit4 – 4th digit of the phase code (4).

▪PhaseDigit5 – 5th digit of the phase code (5).

▪PhaseDigit6 – 6th digit of the phase code (6).

▪PhaseDigit7 – 7th digit of the phase code (7).

▪PhaseDigit8 – 8th digit of the phase code (8).

oFor the Committed Cost Report Totals, 3 new summary datapipe tables are now available for roll up totals based on the new phase code fields:

•CORRECTION - The MAR Daily Report with Jobsite Pictures Form (PMMTG1B.401) has been modified to work correctly in house daily reporting to make sure the pictures can be viewed from the desktop.
