ACCUBUILD MOBILE

•ENHANCEMENT - AccuBuild Mobile has a new menu option under the Daily Reports for uploading jobsite pictures directly to the Daily Report Log.  This new feature allows to you document jobsite conditions by taking pictures with your mobile device and upload them directly to the daily report log complete with picture comments which will then formatted directly into the Daily Reports.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

•ENHANCEMENT - The AccuBuild Document Management System has been enhanced to handle a new type of “Picture” document when pictures are uploaded from AccuBuild Mobile for Daily Reports and for the new Job Site Time Clock Punch-In Software.  The Document Master Table (DMMaster.adt) will now use the MiscNumber1 field for Mobile Picture uploads with the current settings:

0 = Non Mobile Document

1 = Daily Report Jobsite Pictures

2 = Job Clock Punch-In Employee Pictures

GENERAL LEDGER

•ENHANCEMENT - A new General Ledger Report and Reporting Class has been added to the MAR Reports Library which includes account balances and transaction detail with separate columns for Debits and Credits along with running totals.  The new report is titled:

oGLREP07.663 - General Ledger Report - Debits and Credits Columns

INVENTORY

•ENHANCEMENT - Added 'square yard' to the list of unit measurements on the inventory master list.

MY ACCUBUILD REPORTS

•NEW FORM - A new Daily Report Form, PMMTG1B.401 – Daily Report with Mobile Pictures from Jobsite, has been added to the MAR Library for Project Management Forms which automatically embeds any pictures into the daily report that have been uploaded from AccuBuild Mobile.  The new report will handle any number of pictures and will automatically format the pictures on additional pages as needed.  

•ENHANCEMENT - The PDF Export function in MAR has been enhanced to reduce the resolution of embedded pictures so that the exported PDF File remains manageable for handling pictures for the new Daily Report jobsite pictures option.  The Pixel Format was reduced from 24 bit to 16 bit and the JPEG Quality was reduced from 100 to 25.  This is necessary in order to have PDF files that are within reasonable size for attaching to emails etc.

•NEW REPORT & REPORTING CLASS - A new general ledger report and reporting class, GLREP07.663 - General Ledger Report - Debits and Credits Columns, has been added to the MAR Reports Library which includes account balances and transaction detail with separate columns for Debits and Credits along with running totals.  

•ENHANCEMENT - Payroll check class 261 has been revised to include UnionMasterTable which can be used to customize the check stub to include union information.  

PAYROLL

•ENHANCEMENT - The Union Code field has been increased from 3 digits to 5 digits in order to allow more codes in the file and larger codes that match better with union local numbers.

•ENHANCEMENT - A new Union Code pay type was added for the Other Pays 1 – 3 in order to handle the 'pay per day' benefits.  There are specific business rules that are required in order to use the new 'pay per day' feature:

oThese amounts MUST be set up on the Union Table and cannot be set up at the employee level

oTwo Types of Pay per Day transactions are available:

1.Pay Per Day – Withheld

2.Pay Per Day – Not Withheld

oThis type of pay will only work with transaction codes that pull the pay rates from the union table which include 21-24 and 121-124

oThese transaction codes will work with the Mobile Time Card entries.

oThe pay amounts entered for these transactions must be entered to a job and certified by distributing the time for each day.

oWhenever any hours are detected on a day of the week, the automatic pay per day transaction will be created and if multiple entries are made for the same day, only one pay per day transaction will be generated.

•CORRECTION - The Time Card Listing (Employee Number sort order - tcautock.rpt) report had been modified in the 9007 update to show the misc pay hours, however, the calculation was incorrect when multi-state payroll was involved.  This has now been corrected.  The Employee Name sort order of this report was correct.
