ACCUBUILD MOBILE

•CORRECTION - The Time Card Worksheet will now test for grid groupings before processing records for importing. Problems occur in the totals when records are imported while the grouping is enabled so the system will prevent the import operation from executing until the groupings are removed.

•CORRECTION - Added the Version 7.1 Advantage DLL files to the DATA Folder in order to avoid errors after installation of the AccuBuild Mobile program.

GENERAL LEDGER

•NEW FEATURE - A new financial statement reporting system has been designed for MAR which contains several enhancements over the traditional financial statement designs

•Enhanced SQL Scripts allow for the new financial reports to be printed for any prior period in any year and for any cutoff date range.

•New flexible grouping features have been added for assigning financial statement group codes directly to the chart of accounts. The grouping file called "glfstype.adt" is now maintained at the company level instead of the global level so that financial statement groupings can be customized on a company by company basis.

•A new menu option titled "Account Type Codes" has been added to the Ledger Menu which allows for viewing and updating the company financial statement groupings table (glfstype.adt).

•A new menu option titled "Account Type Links" has been added to the Ledger Menu which allows for a fast link process when assigning financial statement groups to your chart of accounts. While the grouping assignments can still be done from within the chart of accounts screen, this new screen makes the process much faster for the one time setup.

•Several new MAR Financial Reports have been added to the MAR Report Library:

•MAR Balance Sheet

•MAR Balance Sheet with Drill Down

•CORRECTION - The chart of accounts screen was allowing accounts to be deleted that had no activity BUT did contain a prior year balance.  Any account with a prior year balance will no longer be deleted until the prior year balance is cleared.

HELP MENU

•NEW MENU OPTION - A new menu option has been added to the Help Menu for joining a "Go To Assist" online meeting. This option is used for more advanced IT Support by AccuBuild Support technicians.

MY ACCUBUILD REPORTS

•ENHANCEMENT - The A/R Aging Schedules for report class 552 & 553 now produce a new data pipe for the job list information called 'ARAgingJobInfo' which can be added to existing reports in order to add additional job fields including user defined fields from the job list.

•CORRECTION –  The Customer Statement was not including any 'non job related' invoices.

•CORRECTION - The grouping for the A/R Aging Schedule by Customer report was not correct and the last two aging columns were not lining up correctly cosmetically.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

•CORRECTION - The COR Forms that include cost breakdown amounts were updated to correctly display unit cost fields for Cubic Yard, Cubic Feet, and Per Month Extensions. These forms for detail pricing had a problem with Cubic Yards, Cubic Feet, or Per Month pricing where the wrong unit price divisor was being displayed on the form even though the extended price was still correct. This problem has been resolved.
