ACCUBUILD MOBILE  

•ENHANCEMENT - The Reporting Engine for delivering MAR Reports to the Mobile Device was re-engineered to work around all security issues on the various Microsoft Server Platforms and Desktop Environments.

•ENHANCEMENT - The Report Groups and Report List for AccuBuild Mobile reports had a problem with the reports list menu when securing the list for the same user restrictions set in the AccuBuild MAR Report Security Menu. This problem has been resolved in this update and all security settings for reports set up on the AccuBuild Program will be secured identically on the Mobile Reports menu for each user.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

•ENHANCEMENT - The Direct Payments Cash Receipts screen now displays the open receivable invoices in order by invoice number instead of by date to make it easier to locate invoices for entering receipts.

•ENHANCEMENT - The Backcharge Receipts screen now displays the open receivable in order by invoice number when the screen is first opened. Previously the sorting by invoice number was only done after the first back-charge receipt was posted. In addition, the title bar can now be clicked to sort by invoice number or date order using the customer no heading for date ordering.

PAYROLL

•TAX UPDATES - The Payroll tax tables were updated for non weekly SDI tax amounts for Hawaii and New York where a maximum weekly amount for SDI is observed in these 2 states.  For bi-weekly, monthly etc. payrolls, the cutoff amounts will be increased accordingly.
