ACCUBUILD MOBILE - NEW MODULE

•This option is now available for purchase with this release.

•This option allows for field entry of time cards, production units and daily reports entries including workforce, visitors, weather conditions, equipment on the project and materials on the project in real time.

•All daily report field entries are immediately populated in the Project Management system and all time card entries are saved directly to the new Time Card Spreadsheet screen.  In this screen, entries can be edited and new entries added, and then the records can be imported into the normal time card entry screen.

•The time card field entries also support labor crews that can be set up on the fly and when time in entered for the crew, time cards are automatically created for each employee in the crew.

•The mobile platform provides all customer, vendor, and employee contact information in the field for quick access.

•The reports from the MAR Report Library can now be run on the mobile device platform for quick access to job cost reports, labor reports, and any type of management reports.

•The mobile platform is compatible with the iPhone, iPad, and Android phones with iPhone emulation access via the Safari web browser. Please contact AccuBuild Sales at 800.728.6853 x 1 for more information and/or a demonstration on this new product.

•ENHANCEMENTS - Suggestions made at the 2011 User Group Conference regarding the AccuBuild Mobile Product have been included in this release:

•A new option was added to build a list of restricted department codes for field time card entry so that only employees in selected departments will show up in the Mobile Time Card Entry employee list.

•A new option was added to build a list of restricted equipment categories for field entry selection for equipment operators on time card entries and for equipment on the project for daily report entries.

MY ACCUBUILD REPORTS

•A new report in the Client / Contact Info Report Group titled 'Mobile Report Errors' (CLREP09A.770) has been added to the MAR Report Library for handling any report errors for reports that are run over the new AccuBuild Mobile Platform.

PAYROLL

•ENHANCEMENT – The new Time Card Worksheet feature introduced in the 8506 GREEN Release at the 2011 Annual User Conference is now available for use in this update.  The Time Card Worksheet is updated automatically from the mobile entries at the job site as well as entries at the office. The timesheet supports 'Start Time' and 'End Time' as a new data entry option and will automatically calculate the hours entered based on the start/stop times.

SYSTEM

•ABOUTBOX – The AccuBuild About Box dialog screen now contains a setting to indicate the number of mobile user licenses in addition to the normal network license count.
