CLIENTS

•CORRECTION - The Record Filtering for the Clients screen was only working for Vendors and Customers but when the Clients option was selected, the filtering did not working correctly to display all clients. This problem has been corrected in this release.

LEDGER

•ENHANCEMENT - The Financial Statement template for Year to Date Activity Comparison between the Prior Year and the Current Year has been enhanced with new sections for other income and other expense, net profit/loss from operations, and a separate group for equipment expense. This will make it easier to create a financial statement from this template. Template Name is "Finst11.adt".

MY ACCUBUILD REPORTS

•CORRECTION - The MAR Job Cost Capsheet Report (JCRep02d.509) for Job and Phase Totals was printing phase descriptions and numbers split between two pages on page breaks. The report has been corrected in this release.

•ENHANCEMENT - Two new MAR Payroll Forms have been added to the MAR Forms Library for producing time card entry forms from the new Time Card Worksheet Screen. This will allow you to build custom time card forms in MAR to handle any type of time card reporting. The two base library forms have totals by Job or by Employee. Since these are Payroll Forms, you will be able to modify and use the "Form Assignments" feature to set up your own custom default reporting form(s) for time card entries.

PAYROLL

•ENHANCEMENT - A new button is now available on the automatic payroll checks screen entitled "Kill Payroll Batch". This option will allow you to completely delete a batch of payroll time card entries. Previously each time card entry had to be deleted manually which was very time consuming.

•NEW FEATURE - A new menu option is now available on the Payroll menu entitled "Time Card Worksheet". This option will now allow you to rapidly enter payroll time into a global timecard file that all users can share at the same time. Options exist for updating fields for multiple records at a time as well as copying records. The time card records are displayed in a grid to make it easy to group by job, employee, comp code etc. to get group totals on hours. Once the timesheets are correct, and Import Option will then send all the records to a payroll batch for processing payroll check. This feature will revolutionize the time card entry process and should save hours of payroll entry time each week for companies with large payrolls.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

•ENHANCEMENT - The Personnel Tab for employee hours on the PM Daily Reports screen has been updated with changes to automatically integrate employee time into the new Time Card Worksheet screen for automating the payroll process. Any personnel entries made on a daily report after installing this update of AccuBuild, will automatically be included in the new Time Card Worksheet screen which will enable project managers and superintendents to push time card immediately to the accounting system for review and processing. In addition, the entry screen in the daily report now contains a new job cost phase field so that the hours can be coded to a cost phase.

PURCHASE ORDERS

•ENHANCEMENT - Order Invoices - The pro-rated sales tax calculations have been modified slightly from the changes made in the 8506 BLUE release where taxable and non-taxable amounts were introduced for purchase orders. The sales tax amount will be pro-rated to the taxable items on the invoice based on the amount entered at the top of the screen. Once the entries are saved, the tax calculations will be made to see if the entered sales tax amount is correct and if not, a warning will be displayed.  This change will now allow invoices to be entered with sales tax even though no sales tax rate exists for the associated tax district on the PO.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

•ENHANCEMENT - The User Maintenance Screen contains a new tab titled "Mobile Settings" which will be used to enable mobile access for selected licensed users once these mobile features are available in a future release of AccuBuild.
