ACCUBUILD MOBILE

•ENHANCEMENTS

•Updated available MAR reports list for AccuBuild Mobile for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Job Cost reports.

•Added new report engine to fix issues with multiple reports started at the same time by the same user of the mobile application. Reports are now queued up from the Mobile Device and run sequentially in order instead of all at once in parallel.

•Adding new Report Tracking Module for tracking all reports launched by the mobile application to keep an audit trail of which reports are running and have been run at all times.

•Enhanced the Mobile Interface for MAR Reports to allow the user to start a report and then have the option of waiting for the report or doing other tasks on the mobile application.

•New feature for MAR Reporting - now saves all reports run by the user for later retrieval with each report showing date/time stamp. New Delete button has been added next to each generated report so that the reports can be removed by the user when they are ready.

•The Daily Reports List on the Mobile App now respects the job security for field employees when displaying daily reports on the mobile device. The daily report list will now only show daily reports on jobs that the field employee has security access enabled based on user security settings.

PAYROLL

•CORRECTION - The new timecard worksheet screen in payroll was not including automatic pays for such things as vacation pay and other pays during the import process. This has been corrected.
