Version 8.5.0.4

Version 8.5.0.4 requires the purchase of the 2011 Update License. All future updates for 2011 will require Version 8.5.0.4 or later.

Each user should refresh their AccuBuild screen after an update is installed so that new menu options and reports (as applicable) may be visible. Instruct each user to follow these steps to refresh their screen. Open the AccuBuild program and open the company.  Click on the down-arrow on the main screen that is located under the X that is used to close the AccuBuild program.  Click Add or Remove Buttons; click Reset Toolbar.

MY ACCUBUILD REPORT

•ENHANCEMENT - The traditional version of the Union Report (Summary) has been converted to MAR.  This report is now titled Union Report - Full Detail.  This report breaks down the benefits in full detail per employee along with hours and gross pay.  This report also includes a comparison between the calculated burden and the actual accrued burden.

In addition, a second union report has been added titled Union Report - Summary which lists each employee in the union code with a total of hours, gross pay and benefits.  The benefits on this report are only listed in detail on the union code subtotals and is more in line with actual union report formats than the Full Detail report format.

•COSMETIC CHANGES / CORRECTIONS - The Certified Payroll Reports have been cosmetically changed to look more similar to the traditional report version.  In addition, a correction was made to the overtime fields on Day 6 (Friday) and Day 7(Saturday) where the hours were being overstated by using report totals rather than individual daily hours.

•ENHANCEMENT - Effective 2011, the California DE6 has been replaced with the New DE9C form which is now included the system.
