PAYABLES

•CORRECTION - Removed the Mag Media Button on the 1099s Screen.  AccuBuild does not produce a file for electronic submission of 1099s.

PAYROLL

•State Withholding Updates for 2011 – The following states have been added to the state tax tables:

•North Dakota

•South Dakota

•Tax tables for Puerto Rico were updated with the 2011 changes.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

•CORRECTION - The Accounting Linking functions on the COR Breakdown Screen had problems displaying the proper breakdown item descriptions and quantity / pricing information for items related to Subcontract Orders in Accounting – these issues have been resolved.

SYSTEM

•ENHANCEMENT - Added a lock button in the System Admin > Configuration > Accounting Screen on the Accounting Method option to prevent accidental changes to this setting.  The default setting is Accrual Basis and should not be changed to Cash Basis without consulting with AccuBuild's Technical Support Staff first.  This button can be unlocked with the same key stroke series used in modifying data in the Batch Log.
