ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

•CORRECTION -  When changing the Bank Account on running AP Checks, the drop down control would not always work correctly to display the account number that was selected with the mouse. This has been corrected.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

•CORRECTION - The new option for reversing cash receipts had a bug where the A/R invoice was not being restored for invoices that had multiple records in the sales journal. This problem has been corrected in this release.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

•CORRECTION - The Client Folders in ADMS were taking too long to build when folder templates were being used. The time required to create the client folders has reduced dramatically in this update.

MY ACCUBUILD REPORTS (MAR)

•ENHANCEMENT - New MAR Payroll Check formats are being distributed with this release

•CORRECTION - Report View:  When viewing reports on systems with low resources, the report viewer would display an exception error as follows: "not enough storage is available to process this command." This can be due to low system resources or bad printer or video drivers and would occur when the screen size was being adjusted. Code has been added to reduce the size of the screen should this error occur in order to reduce the resources and show the report with a reduced format on the screen.

PAYROLL

•ENHANCEMENT - The Reprint Checks option now lists the check numbers in order by check number and includes the employee name as well.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

•CORRECTION - When creating a new Meeting from a copy of an existing meeting, the meeting minutes were not being copied to the new meeting entry; this problem has been corrected.

•ENHANCEMENT - The Document Tag Fields for forms printed in the PM Log are now populated automatically to make filing a copy of the documents much easier.
