PAYROLL - CORRECTION
•There was a problem with State Unemployment Tax calculations for Subject To Wages when Recriprocal Agreements were enabled between states where both states share the subject to wages for SUI Taxes.
•The State Unemployment Report (prrep14c.rpt) has been corrected to report states with reciprocal agreements for SUI Taxes correctly.
PURCHASE ORDERS - ENHANCEMENTS
•Selecting a part on purchase order line items have been updated to allow for the Enter Key to be used to select the part number in the drop down list. Previously the only method to select the item was to double click the mouse or use the Ctrl + Enter Keys. In addition, the Down Arrow Key will now drop down the lookup list.
•The processes for adding. editing, deleting etc line items on purchase orders have been improved to enhance speed performance.
•The Job Inventory Picklist process for Stock Requests has been modified to speed up the process for selecting items for stock request.
PAYROLL - ENHANCEMENT
•Time Card Spreadsheet: The ODBC Folder now contains a new spreadsheet version 3 called TimeCard_Master_Rev3.xls which displays the employee name alphabetically by last name, first name.
USER MAINTENANCE - CORRECTION
•When a new user was added to the user list, the restrictions for the current user were copied to the new user; this has been corrected with this update.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT - ENHANCEMENTS
•The Project Management Log has been enhanced with a new type of document that allows for project management data to be mail merged with Microsoft Word Documents via ODBC Connections. MS Word Documents (.DOC Files ONLY) that are stored under any log included Document Folders can now be created with mail merge tags to connect to the data that relates to the log record that the document is attached to.
