PROJECT MANAGEMENT - ODBC Word Integration Update
•The mail merge function will now recognize DOCX (MS Word 2007) in addition to .DOC files.
•The working directory for the ODBC Mail Merge data files has been changed to 'C:\AccuBuild\ODBCMM' in order to keep a fixed path so that all users on the network can share the same mail merge documents in PM. Any user that uses this option will need to have FULL access to this folder on their local desktop C Drive.
MENU RESTRICTIONS - CORRECTION
•The menu restrictions for the Job List (Job Cost | Update Jobs), the Phase Master, and the Chart of Accounts were not reset when the same person logged into the same company under different user names. This has been corrected with this release.
PURCHASE ORDERS - SPEED IMPROVEMENT
•The Purchase Order Main Screen for adding new POS and editing existing POs has been modified to perform faster. Recent changes to this screen with the new lookup grids was causing the program to run extremely slow.
