PAYROLL - ENHANCEMENT
•The Payroll Properties Screen has a new checkbox on the General Tab titled Limit Time Card Entry to Open Jobs ONLY which when enabled (checked) will limit time card entry for open jobs only. This option will help to prevent charging payroll entries to older jobs that have been closed.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT CORRECTIONS
•The Category List was not working when attempting to link specification sections to a category this problem has been corrected.
•The Job Specifications List was not working when attempting to link specification sections to a category and unlink them as well this problem has been corrected.
•The Tasks List on the My Day Tab was not allowing new tasks to be added to the list this problem has been corrected.
•Daily Reports The Duplicate Highlighted option for duplicating a daily report would generate an exception error (Error 5035 - The Requested lock could not be granted) when the dialog screen was opened and then the Cancel Button was pressed this problem has been corrected.
•The Events List on the My Day Tab would generate and exception error (Access Violation) when attempting to edit another user's event this problem has been corrected.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT ENHANCEMENTS
•A new Reports Tab has been added to the Project Management Screen which provides access to the entire list of reports and forms in the MAR Reports Library. This feature allows reports to be run and modified without closing the Project Management Screen.
•A new Dashboard Tab has been added to the Project Management Screen which contains several tabs of graphs / charts for tracking key statistics on selected project management logs including RFIs, CORs, COs, Submittals, and Closeout Logs. In addition, the user events and tasks are tracked as well.
•A new Quick Links Tab has been added to the Project Management Screen which contains shortcut links to all of the menu option on the Job Cost Menu. This will enable the user to access key menu items without closing the Project Management Screen.
MAR ENHANCEMENT
•A new report titled Project Contact List with Spec Sections has been added to the Project Management Reports List. This report is the same as the Project Contact List with the addition of listing each specification section associated with each category on the list.
