The Fax Cover Sheet was not printing all the lines in the comments when the fax was converted to PDF and filed in the Document Management system.  The problem was fixed by setting the TRANSPARENT setting on the text box of the form.  Unless you are using the Default Version of the Fax Cover Sheet, you will need to set the TRANSPARENT property on your custom forms in order to correct the problem.

Enhancement

A new MAR Report called Inventory by Job has been added to the MAR Report Library which reports on inventory items purchased via stock orders that are reserved for specific jobs

Enhancements

Stock Orders can now be created to reserve stock for specific jobs while they reside in inventory.

Stock Requests can now be automatically created for stock order items that were purchased for specific jobs in order to automatic the process of moving job inventory items to the job cost system as they are installed on the project.  See the new Job Inventory Picklist Button on the Order Screen – Line Items Tab for more information.

Correction

The Delete Button on Order Items was in some cases deleting the first item number on the order instead of the selected item number.  This problem has been corrected.

The new MAR Forms for Purchase Orders, Stock Orders, etc had a problem showing a blank field for the order total when sales tax amounts were blank.  The totals should now print correctly on the MAR Forms.

Correction

The Team List was not displaying the proper category for the team member. This problem has been corrected.

The Category List was not allowing for the subcontractor name to be removed from the category once the subcontractor was assigned. This problem has been corrected.
