Enhancement - The client list has been enhanced for faster lookup when typing a client name or number.  In addition, a new refresh button has been added next to the lookup control which can be used to refresh the list after a new client has been added or a client record has been edited.

•The Repeat Selections option on the Document Management screen used for indexing a document was not working.

•The shortcut keys were not working after the introduction of User Defined Fields.

Enhancements

•A new report has been added to the Job Cost Reports Menu called Job Cost Transactions – Posting Date which reports on detail cost transaction based on the posting date rather than transaction date of the entry.  This report is very useful for time and material contracts whereby the totals to date are included along with current period totals and previous period totals.

•A second version of the above report will include contract totals and is called Job Cost Transactions – Posting Date / Contract Totals.

The Job List (Update Jobs Menu) has been cosmetically fixed to show an hourglass cursor when the job is changed on the job list or when the Computer Job Totals button is pressed.  On large jobs with hundreds of detail items, these processes can take several seconds to complete and the hourglass helps to signal that the processes have not yet finished.

•The Job Cost Capsheet – Job / Phase / Contract Totals report was not reporting the billed to date amount based on the report cutoff date but rather the current job totals.  These amounts are now based on the report cutoff date.

Enhancements

•Time Card Import From Excel - The time card import feature now supports an Excel spreadsheet import whereby time card data can be entered into the AccuBuild Excel Template which includes complete company validation lookup fields.  The purchase of the time card import feature is required as well as Microsoft Excel.

•Payroll Time Card Listing - The time card listing in payroll will not print the certified hours in RED if the certified flag is set to false.  With the payroll timecard import feature, it is now possible to import payroll records with daily distribution hours but not certified.  The RED hours will NOT be included in certified payroll reports, only the hours that are reported in BLACK.
