Enhancements

•The Inventory Parts list now allows for spaces and dashes in the part number in addition to letters and numbers.  Specific characters that will be excluded are: apostrophe, quote, forward slash, ampersand, parenthesis, colon and semi-colon ( ' " / & : ;)

•The Inventory Integrity Tests – All Tests Option now checks for valid characters in the Manufacturer Code and Part Number.  This test helps to validate part numbers that are imported from other accounting and estimating systems.

Correction

•The RFI (Request for Information) Screen was not allowing the Origination Date of the RFI to be edited.  This problem has been corrected

Payroll Tax Updates

•The state of Maryland issued new tax rates effective July 1, 2008 which are included in this update.

•The State Exemptions on the Employee List for the State of Maryland now include a status field for Married / Single which is now used to determine the proper exemption amounts.

•The withholding exemption settings for the state of Connecticut now allow for additional withholding to be entered on the employee screen.
