Version 8.2.0.7 requires the 2007 Update License CD.

 

 

The new AccuBuild Command Center requires a lot of tables to be opened at once and  therefore the Advantage Database Server Configuration must be manually updated to set the number of work areas to equal  the number of user licenses multiplied by 200. Please review the installation instructions for complete instructions.

Direct Deposit - Fixed problem with duplicate check entries in the NACHA File for employees working in more than one state in the same pay period.

Updated tax withholding tables for 2007 for the following states:

 

 

Kentucky - The withholding tables have been updated with the new 5.8% bracket for 2007.

 

 

Washing D.C. - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

ReportBuilder Pro - Fixed bug that was not allowing a report to be saved to a disk file.

Corrected code that was allowing the button bars on the main menu to be displayed and tables accessed when a company is closed.

The Help Menu now contains a new option to register the help files on workstations that cannot display the onscreen help documention.

 

MAR

New Feature - My AccuBuild Reports (MAR) - A new menu option called Reports has been added to the main menu.  From this menu, all reports in AB can be accessed including custom reports created with ReportBuilder Pro.  The main Reports menu will display each branch (Payroll, Job Cost, etc) of the Reports tree. Each branch contains the specific reports for that subject.  The reports in AB are being re-designed with ReportBuilder Pro.  Some reports will be displayed in the new format while others will be displayed in the original Crystal Reports format.  Any report that has been converted to RBP can be copied and then modified as desired.

 

 

Security Note:  User access to all system reports is still maintained in the User Maintenance and User Group options.  However, be sure to print and read all of the help documentation located on the MAR screen.

 

 

Note: Each workstation will need to reset the AB toolbar before the new Reports option will be displayed.

New Feature - This release introduces the new AccuBuild Command Center which is loaded automatically when a company is opened.  This feature will display two rows of tabs across the screen.  The first row of tabs displays the various Data Centers: Customers, Vendors, Jobs, Equipment and Ledger.  The second row of tabs is displayed on each data center: Dashboards, Reports, Inquiries and Quick Links.  

 

 

Dashboards - This option displays selected data in a graphical view.

Reports - Displays the My AccuBuild Reports screen for the selected data center.   Inquiries - This option is used to browse and print data in a table/grid format similar to a spreadsheet.  This feature is far superior in ease of use than the existing Browse Data function.

Quick Links - Provides access to the various activities for the selected data center.
