Corrected the A/R Invoice posting routine to update the job fields in the equipment transaction file to fix problem with equipment rental income report by job – job number was never being updated and therefore the report was not working.

Changed Document Management Integrity Tests to filter out error mesages where 'Notes' were flagged as missing documents with NO document name in the error message.  The actual record ID of any missing document will now be displayed in order to identify the record.

New Feature - Added new checkbox called Exclude Manufacturer's Code in Part Number on the Orders | Properties screen.  This option will exclude the manufacturer's part number (first four digits of the part number) from the description when part numbers are included.

California - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Colorado - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Kentucky - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Maryland - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Michigan - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Minnesota - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Missouri - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Nebraska - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

New Mexico - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

North Carolina - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Oklahoma - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Ohio - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Oregon - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Puerto Rico - The withholding tables have been updated for 2007.

Wisconsin - The tax tables for this state have been added in this release.  You will need to perform the Payroll Integrity Tests in order to have access to these tables.

W-2 Enhancements – Box 12 of the W2 form now supports the double character format for the indicator letter.  Code AA represents Designated Roth Contribution to 401(k) and Code BB represents Designated Roth Contribution to 403(b).

W-2 Magnetic Media Changes – Beginning with 2006 W-2 Processing, magnetic media files are NO LONGER accepted on diskette so the AccuBuild System has been changed to save the W-2 File to any folder location on any disk drive.  The default file name is W2REPORT.TXT.   As per the Social Security Administration Publication No. 42-007: Any file name may be used. However, please ensure that the file name has a valid extension (for example ".txt").  Beginning in 2006, all files must be transmitted over the internet using the Business Services Online (BSO) Electronic File Upload.  For more information, access the Internet at http://www.socialsecurity.gov/employer: - Under "Electronic Filing," select Business Services Online.  For publications on Magnetic Media and Electronic Filing, access the Internet at http://www.socialsecurity.gov/employer: - Under "Forms & Publications".

New Feature - Access to the payroll account in the Check Register and Bank Reconciliation systems can now be secured.  This option is labeled 'Payroll Bank Account Access' in the User Restrictions and can be found under the Executive Payroll option.

Note: You will need to 'reset' your AccuBuild Menu in order to see this new menu setting.  Users will need to close and reopen the company before the updated security setting will be enabled.

New Feature - Located on the File Menu, the Refresh Company Views option is used to completely remove and then restore the company views that are being created for ReportBuilder Pro.  An hourglass will be displayed while the views are being refreshed.

Note: This process may take a couple of minutes to complete.  A message will be displayed when the process has completed.
