New Feature / Wishlist - ADMS Forms
The Clients module has a new menu option called ADMS Forms. This option contains five pre-formatted forms that can be 'auto filled' with data from the Job List and Clients database. These forms may be customized as needed by the end user in order to satisfy each company's specific requirements. The five forms currently available are: Transmittal Letter, Fax Cover Sheet, Company Letter (including envelope and mailing label), Preliminary Notice, and Lien Releases. In addition to printing the forms, the documents can be exported to Word, PDF, Excel or HTML.
If you own the AccuBuild Document Management System (ADMS), then the ADMS Forms will be automatically filed into the system based on the contact names and job number reference on the document. These documents can then be emailed from the ADMS system, if desired.

Enhancement - ReportBuilder Pro Version 10 - The first time you open your reports, a conversion routine will run, assigning the values of discontinued properties to their new counterparts. Simply opening and closing a form (answer Yes to Save Changes) is enough to convert the reports to the current format.

Enhancement - ReportBuilder Pro now includes access to all the Database Views (User Defined SQL Views) in the company directories which enhance the reporting capabilities of this tool. In addition, a new AccuBuild | Preview menu option now exists in the Report Designer which will allow you to preview any RBPro Report and export it to PDF, Word, Excel or HTML.
