Enhancement - The Allocate Indirect Cost Journal has been enhanced to allow the pro-ration of the indirect costs to be based on Equipment rental income in addition to the existing method based on rental usage basis.  In addition, the equipment utilization reports now allow you to compare your utilization expense to the rental income in addition to the rental expenses.

Correction - Eqrep01.rpt, eqrep01b.rpt, & eqrep02.rpt – fixed the report sort order by equipment number for the Equipment List Report and Equipment Depreciation Report.

ENHANCEMENT – The Equipment Utilization Reports now include options for both rental expense comparisons and rental income comparisons.

New Feature - New Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Report has been added to the Payroll Reports Menu in this update.  In addition, the employee information has been updated to include predefined ethnic codes as required on some state and / or federal projects.  After setting up the employee ethnic codes, you will be able to run the new EEO Report on any project.

Important Note: After installing this update be sure to reset your AccuBuild Menu Toolbar in order to refresh the payroll reports menu to display this new reporting option.

The new ethnic codes include options for apprentices and trainees:
