The Correspondence Tab handles the correspondence tracking for a submittal entry and helps to automate the work flow process for submittals. Although the correspondence features are optional, they make it easier to track the flow of each submittal in the system and they update the corresponding status fields on the Submittal Tab automatically. The correspondence options are as follows:
