The My Day Tab is a split screen containing a Tasks section and an Events section. This tab will help each project manager and other members of the job team to plan their days for the task and events that are currently due, past due, or due in the future. These tasks and events can be created manually from the My Day Tab and/or automatically from the Project Management Logs Tab.
Click on the All Users' Events option to create or view tasks or events on the My Day Tab for any AccuBuild user. Tasks and events can also be assigned to yourself or to other users directly from any RFI, Change Order Request, or other log type by clicking on the drop down list next to the Tasks or Events buttons at the bottom of the screen and then choosing the "For Another User . . ." option.
Important Note: Do not restrict users from the User Maintenance option on the System Administrator Menu if the user will be adding or viewing Tasks or Events for other users in PM. Instead, restrict users from the just the System Administrator Menu itself. This will block access to System Admin sub menu options (ie. Configuration, User Maintenance, Batch Log Info, etc.) but it will allow the user to view/edit My Day activities for all users.
