Monthly Balances

The Monthly Balances report is similar to the Trial Balance report except that it includes balances for all twelve months of the current fiscal year. In addition, the beginning and ending balances for each account will be included on the report.

This report requires legal size (8-1/2" x 14") paper in order to print. Click on the Setup button and then click on the Properties option to select the proper paper size. After the paper size is selected and the printer set up screens are closed, a warning will still appear that the report requires legal size paper. Simply click OK on the warning and select the Screen or Print button.

Note: The proper paper size should be selected even when viewing the report on the screen otherwise the screen will not show all of the report columns.
