List of Accounts

The List of Accounts option prints a list of all the general ledger accounts that are set up in the Chart of Accounts. This list includes the account number, description, account type and the 1099 code. The report will print in account order within each general ledger group number. The group number is user defined and is used to create subtotals on the trial balance by general classifications such as assets, liabilities, owner's equity, income, etc.
