Job Inventory Pick list

Top  Previous  Next

Click on the Job Inventory Picklist Button on the Stock Request Screen (Items Tab) to display all inventory items that are available for the current Stock Request.  The screen functions are as follows:

Stock Request Info

The Stock Request Number is displayed in this box along with the job number for the Stock Request when applicable.  If the Stock Request is for a specific job, then only the inventory items ordered for the job will be displayed.  Otherwise, if the stock request is for multiple jobs, then all related job inventory items will be displayed for the selection process.

List of Inventory Items

A grid in the middle of the screen is used to display the items that are available for the current stock request.  Each row in the grid contains the inventory part number along with the job and phase that the part was purchased for and where the part will be moved (charged) to when the stock request is fulfilled.  The item price that is used will be the price from the Job Stock Order rather than the averaged price as normal Stock Requests use.  The order number and item number are listed for reference as to where the price is pulled for the Stock request.

Quantity

This field is automatically updated with the balance of the inventory items that have NOT been requested for the job yet.  The user can edit this quantity if needed.
