How to Remove the Disclaimer Notice on the Forms (as of 9.0.0.3)

The AccuBuild Preliminary Notice Form and the Lien Releases are provided as templates only and you will need to modify these documents to meet the legal requirements for your company.  These forms contain a disclaimer notice that must be removed before you can change the text of the form.

 

1.To remove the disclaimer, go to Reports > All Reports > ADMS Forms.  Select the form and then click Copy.
2.Rename the form at the top of the screen as desired; click the lightning bolt to refresh.
3.Highlight the new form and select Modify.
4.The Design Tab will show you the current form design including the disclaimer notice image which is overlayed on the report design.
5.Click on the image to highlight it then use the Delete button on the keyboard to remove the image.
6.Click File > Save and close the report design screen.
7.Be sure to assign user access to the custom form as needed through the Reports > All Reports > Properties option.
8.Go to Reports > Custom Form Assignments.  
9.Click the '+' button to make a new entry.  Select the original form name from the ReportClassID column and select your custom form from the ADMSRecNo column.  Click the check mark button to save your changes.
10.Go to the Clients > ADMS Forms and choose the form.  Fill in the information and click the Preview button to view the form.  Your custom format (the form without the disclaimer) should now be displayed.
