Fax Cover Sheet

The Fax Cover Sheet option is used to create a cover sheet (rbfax.rtm, rbfax2.rtm) for documents that are transmitted via facsimile machines. The benefit of using this option to produce fax cover sheets is that every cover sheet is automatically filed within the Document Management system and linked to the corresponding party and job as noted.

Note: Prior to Version 8.4.0.0 Purple Patch, the Fax Cover Sheet was not printing all the lines in the comments when the fax was converted to PDF and filed in the Document Management system.  The problem was fixed by setting the TRANSPARENT setting on the text box of the form.  Unless you are using the Default Version of the Fax Cover Sheet, you will need to set the TRANSPARENT property on your custom forms in order to correct the problem.
