The Equipment Cost Utilization Report by Equipment (eqrep05.rpt) is a summary of all rental income and expenses for each piece of equipment for the given period. This report compares the total hours available (budgeted) for the year to the actual hours rented and also provides an over/(under) utilization amount that is derived by subtracting the allocated rental amount from the total equipment costs.  A comparison of rental income can also be generated on this report.

 

Select the Include G/L Acct Totals option to include a breakdown of the equipment expenses by general ledger account for each piece of equipment.
