Equipment Rental Cost by Job

The Equipment Rental Cost by Job report is a detailed list of all rental expense entries that have been posted to each piece of equipment (transaction types 20, 21, 25 and 26 in the equipment module).

This report includes the equipment code, the transaction type, the transaction date and description, the hours utilized (rented), the rental rate, the total rental cost as well as the job/phase and general ledger accounts that the entries were coded to. A subtotal of the rental expense is given by job and by equipment. A grand total of the rental expense for the period is also given.

This report may be printed in two different report orders: 

Equipment - Job Order (eqrep04.rpt): This report groups the costs by equipment code and then by job number.        

Job - Equipment Order (eqrep04b.rpt): This report groups the costs by job number and then by equipment code.
