Documents Tab

The Documents Tab shows all documents in the AccuBuild Document Management System (ADMS) that have been linked to the client.  Each client has a 'master' document folder but sub folders can be created to help organize your documents.  Documents and images including Outlook emails or email attachments, can be scanned, imported or 'dragged and dropped' directly into any of document folders.  These documents are copies of the original source documents and are stored within the ADMS based on the Documents > Properties > Volume ID setting.  When a document is opened or edited through AccuBuild, only the ADMS copy is changed; the original source document remains untouched.
