The Correspondence Tab handles the correspondence tracking for an RFI entry and helps to automate the work flow process for RFIs. Although the correspondence features are optional, they make it easier to track the flow or each RFI in the system and update the corresponding status fields on the RFI Tab automatically. The correspondence options are as follows:

Buttons / Controls
The bottom of the COR Screen contains buttons and check box options that behave as follows:
| o | Print Button – Use this option to print or preview a copy of the COR Form. |
| o | OK Button – Use this option to close the COR dialog screen and Save all changes. |
| o | Cancel Button – Use this option to close the COR dialog screen and Cancel all changes. |
| o | Create New Task Check box – Use this button to create new task on the My Day Tab of the project management screen. When the COR Screen is closed and this box is checked, a task box will be displayed allowing you to enter a reminder task to your list of tasks. |
| o | Create New Event Check box – Use this button to create new event on the My Day Tab of the project management screen. When the COR Screen is closed and this box is checked, a new event dialog box will be displayed allowing you to enter the event information. |
