The Company Letter option is used to produce company letters (rbletter.rtm) along with optional envelopes (rbenvlop.rtm) and/or mailing labels (rblabel.rtm). The benefit of using this option to produce letters is that every letter is automatically filed within the ADMS system and linked to the corresponding party and job as noted.
